These terms cover the website. Shipping, mailbox rentals, notary work and U-Haul rentals are covered by the carrier terms, rental agreements and forms you complete at the counter.
Agreeing to these terms
By using frontrangepost.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Main Gore LLC, doing business as Front Range Post, in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
Hours, cutoffs and availability
We keep the store hours, holiday schedule and carrier pickup times on this site current, and they update automatically on the day. Even so, they can change without notice because of weather, carrier schedules, or events outside our control. Pickup times are set by the carriers, not by us. A package handed to us before the cutoff normally leaves the same day, but we cannot guarantee when a carrier will collect or deliver it. If the timing matters, call us before you make the trip.
The tracking tool
The tracking box works out which carrier a number belongs to and opens that carrier’s tracking page. The tracking information comes from the carrier, and we do not control it or vouch for it. The number you enter is not sent to us.
Forms and quotes
Sending a form is a way to reach us. It is not a booking, a reservation, or a contract. A freight quote is an estimate based on the details and photos you provide and is confirmed only when we see the item at the counter. We reply during store hours and may decline a request that we cannot handle.
Shipping and other services
- Shipping with USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL is subject to that carrier’s terms, including rules on prohibited items, declared value and claims. The “Can I ship this?” list on this site is guidance only. The carrier’s rules control.
- Mailbox rentals are governed by the rental agreement you sign at the counter and by USPS Form 1583, which federal rules require for a private mailbox.
- Notary services are performed under Colorado law. You must bring valid government photo identification, and a notary may decline to notarize a document.
- U-Haul rentals are reservations and contracts with U-Haul under U-Haul’s terms. We are an authorized dealer that hands over and receives the equipment.
Prices for services are those posted at the counter or set by the carrier or U-Haul at the time of service.
Using the site responsibly
Please do not use automated tools to submit forms, send spam or harmful content, attempt to interfere with the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
Ownership
The content and design of this site, and the Front Range Post name and logo, belong to Main Gore LLC. The USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and U-Haul names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify the services available at our counter. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Other websites
Links on this site open websites run by other companies, such as carrier tracking pages, Google Maps and U-Haul. We are not responsible for those sites or their content.
No warranties
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we make no promises that it will be free of errors, interruptions or omissions.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Main Gore LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Questions or claims about a shipment, rental or other service are handled under the paperwork for that service, not these website terms. Nothing here limits any right that cannot be limited under Colorado law.
Colorado law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any dispute about them will be handled in the courts located in Colorado.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with the date at the top, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
